Kitchen Craft Heavy Duty Metal Meat Tenderiser
- A proper, heavy-duty meat hammer. It has enough heft to get a good powerful swing, but its balanced weight means it isn't hard work
- The spiked side is for tenderising tough meat. It bashes chewy fibres into oblivion, leaving moreish cuts that are ripe for the grill
- Swing the smooth side to pound fillets of meat or poultry into flat portions. It's ideal for making burgers, schnitzel and escalopes
- The hammer is made of robust metal and measures 21 cm (8½") long. It has a built-in hanging loop for easy storage
