Rapidly slice and dice fresh herbs with the Master Class Acero Stainless Steel Carbon Single-Blade Mezzaluna / Hachoir. With its strong curved blade and two sturdy handles, it rocks back and forth across your chopping board for faster and more effective food preparation.

It’s great for chopping fresh herbs, whole spices, garlic, onions and much more. And because it dices so finely, it releases maximum flavour from your fresh ingredients.

Taking its name from the Italian word for half-moon, this 18 cm (7 inches) mezzaluna features a single blade made of heavy-duty stainless carbon steel. With its precision taper-ground edge, it delivers quick, clean cuts and stays sharp, even with regular use.                                                                           

  • Chop herbs by hand in seconds! This traditional mezzaluna dices ingredients more quickly and more effectively than a standard knife
  • Taper-ground stainless steel blade glides through herbs, garlic and onions, extracting maximum flavour with its fine chopping action
