This commercial-grade carbon steel pan is built to last for years, and features a smart non-stick coating, so, you can remove your freshly baked brownies and flapjacks with ease.

The brownie tray measures 34 x 26 cm (13” x 10”). Each square mould measures 6 cm (2¼”) across, with a depth of 2.5 cm (1”), allowing you to bake consistently-sized and shaped individual brownies and flapjacks.

This brownie tin is made from commercial-grade 1 mm-thick carbon steel that’s been electroplated to reduce corrosion. Designed to provide bakes of a superior standard, it won’t warp, corrode or flake when properly cared for.

The brownie pan has also been sandblasted, which allows the Quantum II non-stick coating to adhere it more effectively, while the coating itself is also reinforced with ceramic materials. In fact, it's been designed to outlast all conventional non-stick coatings.

It's a safer choice for your family and the environment too. Rather than using polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), its non-stick coating uses safe, fume-free silicone.
