SILIKOMART - Fiberglass 5, of the range Classic, is the silicone mat made with a special glass fiber, functional and perfect to work with sugar paste and shortcrust pastry. Size: 400 x 300 mm.


Features:

  • Tapis en silicone, with fibreglass core
  • Ideal for shaping the sugarpaste, mm (Marshmallow Fondant), gum paste, marzipan, chocolate plastique and for working with sugar, caramel and chocolate
  • Ideal instead of parchment paper, and resistant to temperatures ranging from -60 °C to + 230 °C without the need to butter or to use flour
  • Fibreglass 5 mm Silicone White 6.5x7x42.5 cm
