Kitchen Craft's wooden meat tenderizer hammer is a must-have for meat fans. This simple tool is your ticket to melt-in-the-mouth steaks, easy escalopes, and more meaty treats. It's made of sustainably sourced beechwood, which is super strong but not too heavy, so it's easy to get a good swing going. Use the spiked metal end to improve tough steaks tenfold, or the flat wooden end to flatten fillets in seconds.
