This heavy-duty square cake pan is made from 1 mm-thick, commercial-grade carbon steel. It’s sheer strength means it will never deform in the heat of your oven – even with regular use.

That’s not all. The carbon steel has been sandblasted to help secure its non-stick coating, and electroplated, which helps it to resist rust and corrosion.

This square cake pan is coated with a double non-stick layer of Quantum II, which releases cakes quickly and without trouble. And with its loose base, it gets even easier – just push the cake up and out from the base for a clean, undamaged result.

Like the pan itself, Quantum II is reinforced for greater durability, with special ceramic materials embedded in the non-stick layer to enhance performance.

The state-of-the-art coating is designed to outperform all conventional non-sticks, and uses safe silicone – never PFOA, BPA or PTFE.
