The baking pan measures 35 x 26 cm (14" x 10"), while its six holes measure 9 x 4 cm (3½" x 1½"). The holes have extra-deep sides, so you can bake tall, springy muffins with ease – and it’s also great for baking mini savoury pies.

Made of Commercial-Grade Carbon Steel

Perfect for daily baking, this muffin tray is produced using commercial-grade, 1 mm-thick carbon steel. This extra-tough material will never warp, even in really hot ovens (it’s oven safe to 220 degrees Celsius).

What’s more, the pan has been electroplated and sandblasted for even greater strength.

This six-hole muffin tin is finished with a non-stick Quantum II coating, which quickly releases your freshly baked muffins without causing any damage.

Quantum II is designed to outperform all convention non-stick coatings. It’s a silicone non-stick (it uses no PTFE, BPA or PFOA chemicals), but it’s reinforced with safe ceramic materials, so it can withstand the bumps and scrapes of a busy kitchen.
